Ask Me Anything! (September 2020)

Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage..jpg

Last week, I put out an Instagram Q&A for you to ask me ANYTHING! I went through the submissions and picked a few to answer. Let’s get to it!

  1. How does it feel to be a host for the Texas Rangers?

It’s such an honor to represent the organization! I enjoy going to the office every single day! I’ve had so much fun thinking outside of the box this season to showcase our new ballpark to our fans that can’t be here.

  2. Are you into hockey?

When I was in California, I only went to one or two LA Kings games for an internship I had. I recently went to a Dallas Stars watch party at the American Airlines Center and have been to a few games before. They are so much fun and I wish I got into hockey sooner! I hope they take home the Stanley Cup…it would be SO awesome!

  3. What was your major and where did you go to college?

I went to the University of Southern California and got my degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism. Fight On!

  4. What’s your World Series prediction?

I’ll tell you after the World Series, I don’t want to jinx anything!

  5. Have you ever done acting? Would you ever consider it?

Not really! I’ve taken an improv class which I really enjoyed but haven’t done anything professionally. If you want to be on-camera, take an improv class. It helps so much with thinking on your feet and for live shots!

  6. What is your favorite ballpark food?

I love the Ranger tater! It’s a huge baked potato with pulled pork, bacon and cheese. SO good! Growing up my favorite thing was ice cream in the helmet…shocker!

  7. What is your favorite kind of dog?

I LOVE dogs! I obviously am biased, but our family dog Barkley is a Shih Tzu and he is the cutest thing ever. I also live with one of my best friends and she has a golden retriever named Charlee, she is so sweet and is the best thing to come home to!

  8. What foundation do you wear daily?

I normally wear Luminous Silk by Giorgio Armani. It’s a splurge but doesn’t break my skin out and looks so natural! I wear shade 3.5.

  9. When were you diagnosed with Celiac disease?

During my senior year of college. They said I’ve probably had it for 10+ years but they detected it through a series of blood tests and an endoscopy. I’d be happy to share some of my gluten free recipes on my website if y’all want me to and talk more about Celiac!

  10. Best brunch in Dallas?

Dallas has some B O M B food, but some of my favorites are Snooze, Company Cafe and HG Supply!
